When we send it
- Order by 1pm AEST on a business day and we despatch it the same day.
- Orders after 1pm, or on weekends and NSW public holidays, are despatched the next business day.
- Every order ships from our warehouse in Albury NSW.
How long delivery takes
We send remotes by tracked post. Typical delivery times after despatch:

Tracking
When your order is despatched we email you a tracking number. If it hasn’t arrived within the times above, contact us with your order number and we’ll chase it.
Where we deliver
Australian addresses only, including PO Boxes and parcel lockers. We don’t ship overseas at the moment.
