Two steps. Your opener model is usually on a sticker on the motor unit.

Where to find your opener model
- On the motor unit. Look for a sticker on the side or back of the opener mounted on your garage ceiling or beside the door. The model is usually next to the word “Model”.
- In the manual or on the invoice from when the opener was installed.
- On your old remote. Some remotes have the part number on the back or inside the battery cover. If you can find it, search it in the box at the top of the page.
